In short: we collect only what we need to reply to you and to carry out work for our clients. This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. We never sell personal data.

We do not ask for special category data, such as health information, and we ask you not to send it. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing emails unless you separately ask us to.

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:

We limit access to personal data to the people who need it and protect our accounts with strong passwords and two-step sign-in where the provider offers it. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive information by email or through the form.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first at team@coldvison.com so we can put it right. We will acknowledge a data protection complaint within 30 days and respond without undue delay.
