Accessibility statement
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- Text and controls meet WCAG AA colour contrast in both light and dark colour schemes.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a link to skip to the main content.
- Images have text alternatives.
- Form fields have visible labels, and errors are described in text next to the field.
- Pages use headings and landmarks so that screen readers can move around them.
- Text can be resized to 200% and pages reflow on small screens without horizontal scrolling.
- The 3D project display can be operated with its Previous and Next buttons or the arrow keys, and it announces which project is showing.
- Animation, 3D movement and page transitions are switched off for visitors whose device is set to reduce motion.
How we tested
This website was last tested on 7 October 2026. Testing covered automated colour contrast measurement, keyboard-only navigation of every page, the project display and the enquiry form, and layout checks at phone and desktop widths. It has not yet been tested by people who use assistive technology day to day, so some problems may remain.
Known limitations
The floating windows and turning block at the top of the home page are decorative and are hidden from screen readers. In the project display, only the project facing you can be reached by keyboard or screen reader; use the buttons to bring another project forward. If JavaScript is switched off, the projects are shown as a simple list.
