Only what you type into the contact form:

- your email address
- your message
We do not ask for your phone number, address, date of birth or payment details. Please do not put health information, such as details of an allergy, in a message. Tell us in person or by phone instead.

Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use your details for one purpose: to read and reply to your message. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, and we will delete your message.
We do not use your details for marketing and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your details. Messages are delivered to our inbox by the company that hosts this website and by our email provider, who process the data only on our instructions. Their names are listed here before the form is switched on.
We may have to disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We delete enquiries within 12 months of our last reply. If a message is about a complaint or an incident, we may keep it for up to 6 years in case of a legal claim.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will reply within one month and there is no charge.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Children
The contact form is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change how we use personal information we will update this page and the date at the top.
